Rates:

	$150 to $300 per night.
	Rates vary with the season and room.

Policies: Come Early, Stay Late

If you arrive before check-in time, park your car and we’ll help you find your way to our spacious outdoor changing area. After checkout, if you plan to stay on the island for the day, we encourage you to make use of our outdoor shower and everything you need for a day at the beach. *Please do not arrive before 10 AM. Rooms will be ready at 2 PM.

Smoking is not allowed on anywhere on the premises.

We cannot accommodate your pets. We have two hypoallergenic miniature poodles who live here that you can love.

Accommodations are not suitable for children under the age of ten.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Personal checks and Travelers checks.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted and drinks may be obtained at Murphy's Market or the Package Good Store. (We supply bottled water, and snacks for the beach in your cooler and refreshments at tea time)

Reservations are guaranteed by advance one nights lodging including taxes by credit card or by check.

Cancellations: The guest is responsible for their entire reservation once booked. The deposit will be returned less a $25.00 booking fee if we are able to rebook the entire reservation. If we are unable to rebook your cancellation you will be billed the remainder of your stay and we will issue you a cancellation credit that must be used in a mid-week stay during the low/quiet season of that year. Subject to availability.
No Shows are responsible for 100% of reservation. Guests are responsible for any damages. Cancellation Policy Does NOT apply to wedding guests. Once booked you are responsible for the reservation and no refund or credit will be given.

FOOD SERVICE:
Early Risers are welcome for Coffee/Tea and light food from 7:30 AM.
Breakfast is served in the dining room and front porch from 8 to 10 AM. 8:30 to 10 AM in MId andQuiet Seasons.
Afternoon tea is buffet and is served from 4 to 5 PM. (usually longer)
Instant hot water, cold tap water, ice and accoutrements are available 24 hours daily in the Dining Room. *August 2011: Ice cold water cooler just purchased for 24/7 Instant cold water. FIll your water bottles or our glasses. Go Green! =)

Season details: We have three: High Season, Mid Season and Quiet Season.

2011: In an effort to make your stay more affordable, We made a much longer quiet and mid season. =)

High Season is June 22 to September 8, 2012
Mid Season Is May 1 to June 21 and September 9 to October 7,
Quiet Season is October 8 to April 30
The spring and fall are lovely in LBI.

Two night minimum weekends in June (untill 6/17), September and October. Two night minimum stay in High Season (6/22- 8/31) and Memorialday Weekend. If a one night is occasionally available it can be booked via phone. Three night minimum stay holiday weekends.

Check In time is 2:00 to 8:00 PM and Check Out time is 11:00 AM. Come Early Stay, Late Year Round.
